Final Exam Semester 5

Sudah seminggu kami mengharungi final exam untuk semester 5 ini, di final ini lah kita dpt melihat bagaimana prestasi kita utk 6 bulan yg lepas. Pelbagai reaksi yg timbul apabila selesai menjawab kertas final. Ada yg gembira bagaikan sudah habis final , ada yg masih binggung akan jawapannya tersebut. 

Ini lh jadual final kami, apa tanggapan anda semua ? Nampak mudah tapi sebenarnya agak sukar untuk kami mengingati semua pelajaran yg kami belajar dlm masa 6 bulan yg lepas. Tetapi, alhamdulillah kerana 1 subject 1 hari . 

Cara saya belajar untuk subjek yg akan saya hadapi hari esok ialah, saya bermula belajar apa yg penting utk subjek tersebut pada pukul 9mlm sehingga pukul 12pagi. Selepas itu , saya membuat nota ringkas  sehingga jam 2 pagi merangkumi semua topik yg saya belajar utk subjek tersebut. 

Selepas itu saya membuat ulangkaji menggunakan nota yg sya buat sehingga sahur dan barulah saya tidur selepas mengerjakan solat subuh. 

Bangun semula utk bersiap sedia sebelum utk menghadapi kertas soalan yg akan diberikan pada hari itu. Selesai menjawab ,saya pulang ke cabin dan berbincang akan soalan yg telah dijawab tadi bersama rakan-rakan . Selesai berbincang, mata pula sudah naik mengantuk, saya menyiapkan tempat untuk menyambung tidur yg tidak cukup pada hari semalam lalu saya pun beradu seperti seorang raja sehingga petang. Selesai berehat, saya me-releasekan tension akan paper pagi tersebut dgn bermain dota2. Walaupun tak sehebat mana, janji tension saya dpt dilepaskan. Dan perjalanan hidup saya untuk minggu tersebut berulang kembali dgn memluakan pembrlajaran saya pada jam 9mlm. 

Namun bagaimanapun dgn jadual final tersebut, tiba tiba badan peperiksaan menukar jadual kerna pada hari jumaat , mereka akan menggunakan dewan tersebut utk event Seafarer's Day.

Jadual baharu yg kami terima, walaubagaimanapun, kami harus tenang menjawab paper2 yg akan dtng. 

Kepada pembaca pembaca post ini, doakan kami agar dengan cemerlang, gemilang dan terbilang utk semester 5 ini..

Triceps exercise.

 This is triceps muscles.Its the large muscle at the back of the upper arm. It rarely being use in daily life that is why it hard to build the muscle there. but based on www.bodybuilding.com these are the best triceps workouts for men.

Number.1 : Overall Triceps Mass.

1) Close-grip bench press : 4 sets of 6,6,8,10 reps, rest 60-90 seconds

2) Dip : 3 sets of 8,8,10 reps , rest 60-90 seconds

4) V-Bar Press-Down: 2 sets of 10, 12 reps, rest 60 seconds

3) Dumbbell kickback :3 sets of 12 reps; 60 seconds rest

4) Single-arm Overhead Dumbbell Extension : 3 sets of 12 reps, alternate arm without resting.

That is some of the exercise that you can practice to build your Triceps muscle.

Portuguese cuisine

hey guys, today entry im gonna talk about the cuisines that Portuguese tradition that have been passed by generations. There are few cuisine that my grandma pass down to my mom and my mom has pass down to me. here are the few cuisine that i will talk about.

1. COZIDO A PORTUGUESA

Please meet the king of all stews!  Portuguese stew is the perfect example of the importance of using all the meat an animal can provide. This meaty bomb includes beef, pork, chicken and a variety of pork derivatives such as blood sausages and smoked pork parts. There are also some vegetables thrown in the mix, but one must admit this is a dish for meat lovers.

2. CALDO VERDE

The most traditional of Portuguese soups is as simple as it gets: onions, potatoes and kale, cooked with garlic and olive oil. Nothing says winter comfort food like a good serving of caldo verde in a traditional clay pot. This soup would normally be served with a slice of “linguica” (typical smoked pork sausage) and cornbread. Dip it and enjoy!

3. FEIJOADA TRASMONTANA

Do not eat this on the same day as a Cozido a Portuguesa, unless you have a true desire of exploding!
 Feijoada stands for bean stew, but you know it wouldn’t be a Portuguese stew if you didn’t throw a variety of heavy meats into the mix! All the funny parts of the pig end up here, as the dish was created when people couldn’t afford to waste anything the human body could eventually digest. Meats included may vary, but if you are too picky, ask before you put something in your mouth. It’s not at all uncommon for Feijoada to include delicacies such as pig hocks, knuckles or ears!

4. ARROZ DE PATO

In case you don’t appreciate pork meat and are frustrated by most of the suggestions above, let’s end on a ducky note. In Portugal, duck rice is cooked until the meat is ridiculously tender, simmered in red whine, and oven toasted along with the rice until the top is crispy. The rice absorbs the juices of the duck and is traditionally topped up with sliced smoked sausages. It’s a true feast of flavor.

5. Portuguese devil curry chicken

The real name of this dish is “debal curry”. It is one of the most sought after dishes when one travels to Malacca. There is no coconut milk used, instead, vinegar is added to make the curry tangy and appetising. The traditional recipe uses roast pork. However, the modern-day combination of chicken with roast pork balances the dish well. Let the curry sit overnight to allow the flavours to blend in. The longer it is kept, the better it tastes.

Stress Relief Machines

Hai guys, today will like to talk about something precious to me.

Here it goes, at this time they are peoples with stresses that could burn their mind but they are ways to relief them. foe me i have this bunch of machines that u can relieve it. They machines are my lovely friends.

When u hang out with them u will feel like there is no problem in your life. Hanging out makes my every single day possible. We will have fun no matter the place or time. There is always endless of happiness throughout the day with them.

Hey guys, for todays entry i would like to talk about my favorite club of football. They are called Manchester United. I have been they fan since i was 8 years old. lets talk about the team for a while. Manchester United Football Club is a professional football club based in

Biceps Workout

1. Alternate dumbbell curl 

   

• Dumbbell shall be held by both hand each. Hands need to be close to the torso and palm facing thighs.

• By only moving forearms, curl the right hand about shoulder level. Breathe out as you curl. 

• Return to the first position and breathe in. 

• Do the same with left hand , and continue the reps by alternating hands curl.

2. Dumbbell Curl.

 • Its about the same with previous one .

• By holding the dumbbell , curls the weights with both hand at the same time. 

• Same as before breathe out when curling and breathe in when returning to first position. 

3. Concentration Curl

• Seat on the bench and spread both leg with your knee bent.

• Pick up dumbbell with your right hand  and curl it between your leg.

• Make sure only your forearm move and your upper arm is stationary.

• Complete the set with one hand first then followed by other hand.

Assalamualaikum, aku dilahirkan pada tahun 1995 dan dibesarkan dalam tahun 90-an. Dalam erti kata yang lain, aku sempat menikmati permainan popular sekitar zaman tersebut yang jauh lebih enjoy berbanding zaman sekrarang. Mana tidaknya, kanak-kanak pada hari ini dimanjakan dengan pelbagai gadget atau permainan seperti Ipad, game komputer yang berlandaskan teknologi yang ada kalanya boleh memudaratkan sistem pembesaran mereka dan sekaligus mendatangkan banyak keburukan di masa akan datang. So, permainan ni banyak dimainkan di sekolah sewaktu ketiadaan guru di dalam kelas. Bermodalkan pemadam 20 sen  yang dibeli di koperasi sekolah, pemain boleh mengecapi kenikmatan game ini. Permainan ni boleh dimainkan sehingga 4 orang pemain. Macam mana nak main?? Tekan hujung pemadam dan biarakan pemadam tersebut bergolek- golek ke pihak lawan. Nak jadikan cerita, andaikata pemadam kita bergolek dan menghempap pemadam pihak lawan, kemenangan berpihak kepada kita.

Haa game ni legend. Tengok saja pada jalinan getah tersebut yang agak style. Kebiasaannya, permainan ni sangat popular dalam kalangan budak-budak perempuan. 2 orang diperlukan bagi menghayun tali getah tersebut end to end. Jadi, pemain yang lain akan menyelinap masuk dalam hayunan getah tersebut dan lompat mengikut irama tali tersebut.

Lebih dikenali dengan nama jolokan batu seremban. Janji ada 5 biji, game jalan. Game ni terdapat sehingga 6 peringkat dimana pemain harus melepasi setiap peringkat yang mempunyai kesukaran tersendiri. Tidak semestinya batu , tetapi kain yang berisi beras atau pasir didalamnya dan dijahit penuh juga boleh digunakan untuk permainan ini.

5.      Tiup belon

Zaman sekarang agaknya sudah lupus permainan ini. Benda alah ni boleh dibeli di kedai runcit dengan harga 30 sen. Dilengkapi dengan getah belon dan straw plastic sebagai alat untuk meniupkan belon tersebut. Kebiasaannya, kami selalu lawan tiup dan bandingkan siapa punya belon paling besar!!

Dan banyak lagi permainan era 90-an seperti bola kayu tiga, golf pasir. Uniknya, permainan ini tersangat popular tidak kira anda berasal dari negeri yang berlainan, di kampung atau di bandar.

Kelantan Darul Naim merupakan salah sebuah negeri yang terletak di pantai timur Malaysia. Negeri ini terkenal dengan juadah dan makanan yang agak manis dan sedap. Di mana-mana restoran yang anda kunjungi di serata Malaysia ini, jikalau seseorang itu memesan roti canai kosong sebagai menunya dan menambah gula di dalam kuah karinya, nescaya beliau berasal dari Kelantan. Terdapat beberapa makanan yang terkenal dan menjadi tradisi di Kelantan sejak sekian lama. Antaranya:-

Kebiasaannya, juadah ini dihidangkan sebagai santapan pagi dan ianya juga dihidangkan pada hari perayaan. This entry I will be talking about my dream as party animal which is going to a place called TOMORROWLAND. Tomorrowland is one of the biggest electronic music festival held in the world, taking place in Belgium. It used to be organized as a joint venture by the original founders together with ID&T. The festival takes place in the town of Boom, 16 kilometers south of Antwerp, 32 kilometers north of Brussels, and has been organized since 2005. Tomorrowland has since become one of the most notable global music festivals.The first edition of the festival took place on August 14, 2005. ID&T Belgium organized the festival. Performers included Push (M.I.K.E), Armin van Buuren, Cor Fjneman, Yves Derutyter, Technoboy, Eddie Halliweill, Jon O'Bir, Yoji Biomehanika( First Asian Dj to perform in worldwide) and Coone.

I was interested with this place when i was 15 years old. It was that time i was introduced to trance based music by brother because he is a DJ as well in club at Malacca called Mixx. Since then my brother and me are planning to go this fantastic place. As per our estimation, another 3 years we would be there. They are fabulous DJ's are playing there such as Tiesto, Hardwell, Martin Garrix, and nevertheless the DJ that known by everyone David Guetta.

This event happens every year but for the last 3 years the venue has been shifted from Belgium To Sao Paulo, Brasil. This is due to insufficient space because the crowd is expanding every year.
