This is a unique raw fish dish in sarawak and famous among the melanau. Very easy to make bah with simple ingredients and of course la tasty! so feel free to try....
INGREDIENTS
- 3 SHALLOTS PEELED AND SLICED THINLY
- 3 -4 CALAMANSI LIME *JUICE AND SKIN SLICED THINLY
- 4 - 5 RED CHILLIES SLICED THINLY
- 3 -4 CILI PADI SLICED THINLY
- 300 - 400 GM OF SEAFOOD AS PER LIKING ( FISH, PRAWN, CUTTLEFISH)
- SMALL PIECE OF GINGER SLICED THINLY
- PINCH OF SALT

METHOD
Slice the seafood thinly. Toss with the lime juice and add in all the other ingredients that hv been sliced thinly and leave to marinate for no more than 5 minutes - any longer and the fish will start to ‘cook’ in the acid. As simple as that. Serve immediately.
